Hi I got my surgery almost 2 months ago I lost 22 kg they are very professionals I got a lot of help from them and especially from Baris the guy I spook with about everything and he arranged everything form me he was there the entire time helping me. Recovery Process

Bruising and Swelling: Bruising and swelling around the eyes are most visible during the first few days and usually improve significantly within the first week.
Removal of Nasal Packing and Splints: External splints and internal supports are usually removed during the early follow-up period, depending on the healing process and surgical plan.
Rest: During the first week, it is important to rest with the head elevated, avoid pressure on the nose, and protect the area from impact.
Nasal Cleansing: The inside of the nose should be cleaned gently with the sprays and care products recommended after surgery.
Return to Sports: Light walking may begin early, but strenuous exercise and contact sports should be postponed until healing is sufficiently advanced. Glasses use may also need to be restricted for a period.

What is the age limit for rhinoplasty surgery?
Nasal and facial bone development must be complete. This is usually around the ages of 16-17 in girls and 17-18 in boys.
What is the fundamental difference between open rhinoplasty and closed rhinoplasty?
In open rhinoplasty, a small incision is made in the lower part separating the nostrils, while in closed rhinoplasty, all incisions are made inside the nostrils. The closed technique leaves no visible scar, while the open technique provides the surgeon with a wider field of view.
When will the swelling and bruising after surgery go away?
Bruising will largely disappear within 1 week. 80% of swelling will subside within the first month, but it takes 6 to 12 months for the nose to fully settle into its final shape and for the last traces of swelling (especially at the tip of the nose) to disappear.
Will rhinoplasty solve my breathing problems?
Yes, if your breathing problem is caused by a deviated septum (Septum Deviation), this issue can be permanently resolved with Septoplasty combined with Rhinoplasty (Septorhinoplasty).

Is the surgery very painful? Severe pain is not expected after surgery. Patients mostly experience nasal congestion and pressure. This discomfort can be easily controlled with painkillers.
When will the shape of my new nose be fully visible?
A noticeable change is seen within the first month, but it may take anywhere from 6 months to a year for the nose to achieve its final shape and thinness, depending on the complete resolution of swelling.
Is tip rhinoplasty performed along with rhinoplasty?
Nose surgery (Rhinoplasty) is already a comprehensive procedure that involves the nasal bridge, tip, and bone. For individuals with only a nasal tip issue, tip plasty can be performed.
When can I start wearing glasses after surgery?
Pressure should be avoided to allow the nasal bones to fuse in their new position. For this reason, it is generally recommended to refrain from wearing glasses for 3 months.
Is there a risk of revision (correction) rhinoplasty?
The risk is low in a well-planned initial surgery. However, as with any surgical procedure, the complexity of the nasal structure or irregularities in the healing process may necessitate revision in approximately 5-15% of cases.
